Information & Itinerary

Minimum 6 Game Guarantee to ALL Players!!!

Friday August 29th - Pool Play Games (May start at 8am)/Home Run Derby/Food & Drinks for Players!
Saturday August 30th - 3 Game Guarantee Seeded Bracket Begins
Sunday August 31st - Completion of Bracket Play

Each player will receive 2 Custom Full Dye Team Jerseys (Home/Away). Jerseys will be delivered Friday at the event. All games are 6 HR then outs. Balls will be supplied on each field. A full list of rules can be found here. 2 females must be on the field at all times. They can be positioned anywhere on the field but 2 females must play defense at all times. All players must be in the lineup, no exception unless a player is injured and elects to remove theirself. The only person allowed to not be in the lineup is the coach. Batting order can be any mix of male/female order. Pinch runners must run for the same sex, meaning a male may not run for a female and vice versa.

Register

When you register you MUST use the name shown on your license (Unless commonly known by a different name). Anyone found trying to use a different name other than what is on their license will result in them being barred from playing and they will not receive a refund of their entry fee. If you are known by a nickname or something other than the name on your license you may use that.

- I understand that no refunds will be given if I choose to back out of the event once teams are drafted and jerseys will be mailed if they have been printed after the event. I also understand that games may start as early as 8am on Friday, August 29th. I also understand all refunds will be done minus the payment transaction fees. Jerseys for players who drop out will not be mailed until after the event is complete.
